Brooklyn Center was a nice town, but bordering Mpls, it started heading downhill fast in the late 80s, when the blacks started moving out of Mpls, into the suburbs... The Twin Cities is pretty much Disneyland for almost any minority group.. it went from being the most whitest place I'd ever been moving there in 79, to having every minority known to man starting in the late 80s.. these minorities don't go there for the wonderful winter weather, that is for sure... temps get pretty brutal there.. and if you noticed when they were showing people rioting in Brooklyn Center on TV, after this kid was shot.. did you notice, that even tho it is mid April, it still was snowing.... Minnesota was a wonderful place, that was like any other nice place in this country... destroyed by liberalism and democRATS... and Minorities on welfare..

IIRC, there was an anti-cop activist in Arizona (I believe) who, after his ranting about how bad the cops were and they were shooting everyone, got invited to go through the shoot/no shoot simulator that the police had. When he came out, he had been completely humbled and was profusely apologizing to the police for the level of their expertise.
