I never get adds (pop-ups) on 24 Hour Campfire.com, that said I have an unlimited data plan.

I'm watching my blocker counter at the top. In the time its taken me to read this page of threads, its blocked 5 popups, and I have no other browser tabs open.
Hitting refresh it immediately blocks 10 ads of various types , then the count continues up slowly from there blocking an additional one every 20-30 seconds.

In some places some of us have to use our phones as hotspots. I didn't even have to shout. No kidding. But the campfire isn't worth the time anymore for the most part. Rick let it go to hell. His call. Could care less. Its a POS place anymore. Just like when shooters.com went down the tubes...
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Apologies to those unfortunate enough to be forced to use a phone hotspot.
I never see ads or popups anywhere, even here, using uBlock Origin and Firefox on Linux Mint. uBO tells me it is blocking 6 ads right now, the same as usual. I don't track my download numbers; connect via Comcast cable.

I think the point is that some internet home plans besides phone hotspots also limit usage so the bandwidth for the site is going to factor in regardless.

Yep. I have a basic internet service through the local cable company that comes with 350 GB of data per month. I've been on this plan for at least 15 years and have never used even 75% of that data - ever. This period, 3/15 through 4/14, was the first time I've ever exceeded that data and my total data usage jumped to some 430 GB although my time on line and on the fire hasn't changed significantly at all. And the majority of that data usage was from 3/27 through 4/14.
So, what changed around here on March 27th?

Where do you go to check your data usage per month from your ISP, and check how much 24hr is using while you sit on this page you guys are talking about?
Thanks
