Chicken tacos are really good. Popular in Sonoran cuisine.
Flash fry taco shells, slow stewed breast meat shredded in hot red sauce, lettuce and maters toppings and cheese. Trust me. Good. It's my go-to at my local joint.
As far as I'm concerned, it's hard to screw up the meat in a taco if the rest is good....

I been eating ground venison tacos lately. I usually keep it simple with seasoned meat some avocado , cilantro and hot sauce. I usually use a low carb tortilla but I prefer a corn one. I never trued to make my own tortilla. Im getting ready to do a run of fresh chorizo made with ground pork butt and will make some tacos out of it Im sure. They fit in with my lower carb meal plan. Not a big chicken eater.
