Was looking for the thread where manufacturing a silencer was discussed and some kits available out there to do that with.
Unfortunately, when I search I find 10 pages of nothing to do with what I am looking for.
Can anyone help me find that thread or lead me in the right direction?

You could just buy one of those little three inch Briggs and Stratton mufflers...

Those kits, or "solvent traps" will put you on the radar quicker than you can sneeze. Yep. The thread was about filing proper paperwork and purchasing a kit from a manufacturer that needs completed. Then you, as the manufacturer, has to stamp a serial # and submit the paperwork as the manufacturer. That thread talked about how the paperwork for this process seemed to be extremely quick as compared to the normal channels.

Google napa fuel filter silencer Garble will get you in all sorts of trouble. You would be wise to stay away from Garble, and youtoobe how to videos.. Or have you not been paying attention these last few months?
