My friend is liquidating an estate for a relative and has 9 boxes of this stuff ......i volunteered to help him out , but dont know squat about ammo values........looking at the selling history on this , i am thinking thats not realistic.........whats it really worth ?
I am recalling seeing a price tag of .79 cents on one of the boxes !

Thanks !

I bought some at an estate sale a year ago cheap. IIRC it was less than $2/box. Bought 20 boxes and shot them all up.

I have 3 and a half boxes left that an old guy gave to me a few years ago and been using them on squirrels in the bird feeder. Maybe I should be using some other ammo I have instead.

Are you sure they are longs, and not long rifle?

BTW, People are paying for the box, not ammo.

to most guys they are shooters, you have to find a collector if you want to realize that price. Maybe MEWE Winchester site, Winchester Collectors or Gunbroker.

Those are mid 60s ammo, not overly vintage, they have the child warning on them, '62 and later.
