My friend says that all the aliens in the Donna tents are processed for a notice to appear in court or released on their own recognizance so they will end up all over the country. Most of the addresses are in Virginia, Jersey, Minnesota, California, and Washington DC.
Once they are ready to depart the big white tents they are tested for COVID and other ailments like lice, and tuberculosis. If they test positive for any of these things they are put on a different bus so they can be quarantined. Most of the lice issues are resolved before they get on the bus, but COVID and TB requires quarantine and different medical treatments before they can report to an ICE official like the healthy ones.
The ICE office will tell them where and when they need to self report.
25% test positive for the COVID. TB is more closer to 5-10%. On average.
