Do you ever watch Joel...? He seems to be more of a life coach to me. But even so, I just can’t get interested in anything he has to say. Over 50,000 attendees a week, and many more online and on TV clearly do...I’m just not one of em’.
I listened for years to Tony Evans, black preacher from Oakcliff in Texas. Guy was fired up all the time. My commercial-free station quit his broadcast a while back.

I agree with this guy 100%. What portion of the church's take the preacher gets is debatable. But a preacher taking over $100k, living in a multiple million estate, Might just be out of line pressuring an old widow for 10% plus "Love" offerings out of her $800/month SS.

I don't care if a preacher is popular. It would be good to have a popular gospel preacher sharing the truth with so many. What I do want to know is this.... How does the preacher stand up to the Bible's requirements on this most important subject?
Ghandi was right... "I believe in the teachings of Christ, but you on the other side of the world do not, I read the Bible faithfully and see little in Christendom that those who profess faith pretend to see.
"The Christians above all others are seeking after wealth. Their aim is to be rich at the expense of their neighbors. They come among aliens to exploit them for their own good and cheat them to do so. Their prosperity is far more essential to them than the life, liberty, and happiness of others.
