It was 59 degrees here today. Last week all of the snow and ice and mud was pretty much gone from the lower elevations in the mountains around here. It was nice. We had some days in the 70’s. Great for hikin’ and climbin’ all the way around. But then, we recently had some more snow move in and dumped a bunch in the lower elevations of the Wets and the Front Range. So now even in the lower elevations, there’s a buncha snow and ice. Then it’ll become muddy again when stuff starts to melt.

Every day on this side of the ground is a win.

Nice day, here - low 50's high, but minimal wind. I was out unloading pipe in my shirt-sleeves.
Tomorrow - the wind is supposed to return.

sunny and mid-fiddies here today. i was inside brewing an irish stout so i did not get to enjoy it much. weekends will be free for the foreseeable future so i am ready get this spring thing rolling. grass is getting high in places and yard still needs some winter cleanup. next weekend is supposed to be nice. might try turning the raised beds. cut the first asparagus yesterday. i really kind of wish i had retired instead of taking this new job. sucks to be a responsible adult.

74 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and no wind. Rock and roll.
