It was only for a "large" animal (ELK), not a deer. The guy did not have a high end scope to dial. So that is why I drew up a "scale" to have reference for yardages, from the size of the body, to determine hold over/under.

How many years have people had a 100 yard zero, and knew how to hold over out to 200 or 250.?

When you have a rifle that can reach out to 500, when you get down to it, what's the difference, when you know your yardages. That was the point I was making in that thread, just trying to help there.

One of my best friends lives in a single wide.... On 249 acres. His wife owns/runs a restaurant in town too. Also the owners of a 400 acre dairy farm I hunt on live in a double wide. About 1/4-1/3 of the residences on the back roads around here are mobile homes.
