Are they administering a Covid Vaccine to the migrants housed at the government facility in Donna, Texas? If so which vaccine and is it mandatory? No. None. No. They are tested when they leave. 25% are positive. Where do themigrants go when they leave? Are they turned loose in the US or sent to another facility? Are migrants housed in locked facilities or can they come and go as they please?

I'm surprised by the lack of Donna questions. Why? Because it can’t be accessed. Why can’t Donna, TX be accessed? Jim’s AOR didn’t get electricity until 2015. What’s your excuse? It sounds like 20,000 migrants and untold number of Federal officials, Federal employees, and Federal contractors have no problem accessing Donna, TX. Is the water in Michigan making you more stupid? Don’t we have laws about how immigration is supposed to happen? How can the executive branch unilaterally circumvent these laws. The circumvention comes from the fact that they know there is not enough detention space. The invite is put out, they arrive, and we (the collective we, as a nation) immediately run out of space. The result is serving the individual with a Notice to Appear. That Notice to Appear gets them off the border because until that court date, they are here legally. Once they get to their destination they know they are home free because immigration enforcement does not have the capabilities to go forth and get them all. The only hope is that another Trump comes along, and goes back to doing everything he did. The vast majority will be removable/deportable down the road.

They are prevented from entering due to COVID. The one exception was ABC. They did a piece the next morning.
