OP EdM Campfire Ranger E Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 29,674 Either Texas or Idaho	With what has happened with Marlin I started looking. I have a pretty nice '57 M39. Really not a fan of "bling" but I ran across a pretty good deal on the NIB "39". Fit and finish is flawless. The checkering is perfect (machine or hand?). I hope to shoot on Wednesday. Conduct is the best proof of character.

I have three 39s,non come close to the showpiece this one is but the their all shooters. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
