Bb Cash is no place to be right now. With the low/nonexistent inventory of housing that is only getting worse, residential real estate is my pick.

Does it matter? If a citizen goes in the hole for more than they can cover....nobody gets paid. If a business goes in the hole.....same. who is going to show up and take it?
I'm not worried in the slightest until every gun has been taken. We are still a country of patriots, albeit many are silent and some have turned tail.....not many are going to hand over their house without a fight.
Let the number run. We're never gonna catch it. We haven't had a chance to in 40 years.
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.

A sovereign nation is always free to simply declare that it will no longer consider itself liable for the debt, since it was fraudulent to begin with. You cannot legitimately owe anything to a counterfeiter who handed you lots of counterfeit money on the promise that you'd pay it back with interest by taxing the US population. It's a fraud. Fraudulent contracts are unenforceable in law.

A strong military can support/enforce a fiat system for a long time. When you get concerned about the value of the U.S. dollar, don't forget to evaluate foreign currencies. My main issue with our current administration is their apparent desire to undermine the fundamental principles that made this country great. They're globalists trying to level the playing field.

If you work 40 hrs/wk: at 5% inflation and after 5 years, you need a 28% pay raise or to work 44 more hours (*one full extra week* per month+) to make up the difference.

Gold was the original portable wealth but the window to convert paper to gold profitably has probably past. I think it’s probably overvalued right now but who knows with hyperinflation coming. Seems like lead is the new gold now. It’s not going to become more available or cheaper.

Wait until the foreclosures hit next year, we are going to add about 2 million properties to the sale block. The moratorium just kicked that can down the road. There is also 8 million pending evictions in rentals. This bubbles getting fixing to be deflated.
