I heard them in the video saying the pig was to big to turn around.....lol... NOT That makes them even dumber. I figured they had his head tied. Someone in the video said something along the lines of "the rope broke" about the time the hog was turning around. However, due to the shape of its head and neck, a hog can easily slip out of a rope tied around its neck. If you're going to "rope" a hog, you better do it around its torso, or it isn't going to stay roped long.
