MNR Customs is by far a superb option.

My latest builds - 6.5-06 & 30-06

Both Hart #2 barrels
06 is a SS classic, with PTG BM (green stock)
6.5-06 is a Pre64 Model 70, with Williams BM (brown stock)
Stocks have been highly modified and bottom metals floated in.

Thanks a bunch. Super happy with how they turned out. You won’t believe the groups they produce.

Very nice!!! Sharp looking guns! Give more details.
What were the stocks prior to the finish?
What is the finish on them?
What is the metal coated with?

I sure could go for some $2.50/gal gas and a mean tweet!

Very nice. Did you go with a cerakote finish? The pre 64 looks like the midnight blue I had done to my 338wm. Beautiful rifles there sako.. Also, as to how they shoot. They are pretty much customs, they ought to shoot damn well. Probably wouldn't surprise any of us that have had good rifles. I know my 338wm shoots tiny groups. You can always post pics of your targets too, none of us will be offended.

Both rifles the metal is highly polished, then coated in midnight blue Cerekote. Happy to post some targets. Just know I’m not the bragging type. Let’s just say they will blow your socks off with my handloads.

Very nice. I thought it was midnight blue. That is my favorite cerakote color. I don't brag about my groups or shooting either. I just state the honest truth. Pretty plain and simple. There's a big difference between guys that brag and guys that do/can do.

Very nice Sako! I’d imagine they’re going to get even more impressive as they break in as well.

What’s the weight on them scoped? They look pretty svelte.

I’m not sure if I missed it, but what stocks did you run. Look good as hell.

I ran McMillan Hunters Edge. Ordered them with the correct barrel channel inletting. Lots of floating in and work was performed. Stocks were then repainted.

Got it. I really have gotten to like them myself. I had Kevin Weaver swap my Legend on my Mashburn to the Hunters EDGE. Trying to put that old P64 on a diet. I’ve got them on my P64 Featherweight and my 264 Win. Surprisingly they fit and shoot real slick for me.
