We used to have the cooks and the drillers line up on Mondays w/ their recently acquired cases of the drip and burns. It was fun to hand them a syringe full of 1.2 million units of thick white CR Bicillin for each hand to warm up for injection and point out the 4" x 14 ga.needle. The white guys accepted it as the price of fun, the non reflectives fainted or ran.
Officers used to get the needle wiped down w. alcohol after getting their temp taken w/ a rectal [red] thermometer. Never piss off Doc.

Iām laid up today suffering from a cold.
I tried to convince wifey that is was COVID for a pile of sympathy... No luck with that.
Hereās my symptoms

Tired
Bored

I might be the first member to come down with just a good ol fashion cold in a year.
Pears needed...Jerky or smoked ham will do in a pinch.
