Strangely, the large knife recovered matched the set the homeowner had. 😄 Probably because he lived there at one time and knew which drawer to get it from. He seriously underestimated his former room mate. The article says he picked it up after he got in. It could have just been lying on the table or something. It doesn't look to me like a planned home invasion for robbery. He was going in for a reason and I'm betting he knew her...and/or the guy hiding under the bed. Apparently the camo hat hid his face. She didn't know he was black and therefore ineligible to be shot.
