Middle Georgia, huh? What town? I used to live in Milledgeville.
You got a Buc-Cees down there? That is something new. I never heard of that place until I started driving the Big Rig. They are all over Texas, huge like you said with 100, maybe 120 pumps. Interestingly, no Big Rigs allowed.
I never saw a Buc-Cees in Georgia.

Right off the interstate sort of between Fort Valley and Warner Robins.

I wonder where strategic gasoline reserves stand...
I expect Diesel will go up from running trucks to supply areas served by the pipeline...

Gas is drying up all over the Carolinas. Things seem a bit better in the western half of the state.

Maybe build some refineries out that way? Not one single refinery in NC or SC I don't think and one dink in GA.

It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

Asheville or Boone would be a couple of great places for refineries grin

All of the little refineries that the big ones swallowed up (after Teddy Roosevelt busted his truss to prevent it) would look to be an asset.

I heard about this at 2:30 today. Stopped on the way home and filled up the Camry. Went home and got the Ranger out to fill up. Had to wait in line. Schit Iike this worries me, need gas to get to the cabin.

This is why there is gasoline shortage. In a week the supply will be back to normal, but the panic buying herd mentality just drain the tanks and jacks the prices.

Delivery trucks need fuel too. Hope the situation doesn't get worse as a result.

Seems pretty simple.

I paid $4.49 for non E and $3.49 for diesel yesterday on the Oregon Coast. It’s been on a steady increase since November out here and you should hear these commy Flucks whining.

Text 3 o'clock this afternoon from traveling neighbor...

'We are in Ellijay, GA., there are very few stations with gas. Just lucked by one with gas and reasonably short lines.'

Was it spendy?

Same as usual

Biden just announced that there is no fuel shortage so you must just be imagining things.

Guess no fuel shortage like no crisis at the border? 9 out of 10 stations have bags over pumps.

They will be mailing out rose colored glasses with the next stimulus checks.
