I have them in a dedicated physical notebook. Several are required to change on a regular interval so this is the only system where I can keep track. Don’t write your passwords down or make them all the same?? Fear the crabcat.

Learned a neat trick to keep em all the same so you don’t have to write em all down. Virtually no one will be able to figure it out, it more than likely will have 8 or more letters, one capital letter, a number and a punctuation mark.... What’s your favorite Bible verse? You only live once, but...if you do it right, once is enough.
