Well, my son in law stole the mini Mauser. Well, kinda stole it. So I'm in need of another 223. A short barreled Remington would go great with the 26" barrel 700 that I've got. 20" medium heavy? Varmint? Howa, Vanguard, Savage and Ruger are all good. In Texas so it can be shipped directly to me is preferred, but not essential. My little Contender could be in danger as trade bait.
