I had to smoke some chicken breasts for my wife and her friends. I wanted a cheese burger. So, I threw the burgers on the grill with the chicken. Smoked burgers did not suck.

Well it was store bought meat, so they were medium to medium well. I did not know that I was making burgers today. If I had known I would have thawed some elk burger. Those I prefer medium rare to medium.

I plan to smoke some burgers again.
