Have any of you done business with Bob Adams (Adams Guns) of Albuquerque?

He advertises a lot of Martini parts on his own website, and I sent him what I consider top dollar for a vintage sight he told me he had several examples of now... TWO MONTHS ago. The check has been cashed.

For a while he told me he was out-of-state. He is back in NM (he says via email) but still he hasn't shipped a sight. Now he has gone silent via email, and his answering machine isn't set up to receive messages.

Any experiences you might have with Bob Adams (good or bad) that might help me conclude this transaction successfully would be appreciated.

Shortly after I posted this inquiry to the 'fire, I received an email from Mr. Adams saying he was in the process of salvaging a sight to fulfill my purchase. And that he expected to ship within a week.
