Did he sell it twice? I think the GI add went up after the GB auction was over....

Joe Must have been the booze bidding. I hate when that happens. Should have left the guy a big fat F if he didn't agree to pay the listing fees and commission.

Maybe trying to see what the market may bear then add a couple Benjamin’s I was thinking along similiar lines. It does smell a little like a shill job....

That rifle and a couple more listed by the same seller were at the 2016 Savage Fest - savagefest-2016-picturesThe wining bidder on GB seems well know to the seller - positive feedback for 4 more 'purchases' from the same seller in March & April - https://www.gunbroker.com/a/feedback/profile/752541 Click on feedback as buyer, and scroll down, you may have to be signed into GB to view. His one negative if for not paying though, but no feedback for this recent auction. . The older three do not give any details of the auction but the latest one has the auction listed as sold but also as relisted... but the relisted link shows a different gun??? gunbroker.com/item/896559331

Could it be that the winning bidder on GunBroker could actually be the actual owner driving the price to the limits? Maybe one bid too much? Just a thought.
