How does the off duty cop fit into this?
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.

While I applaud the outcome it does seem like he was mildly over achieving. Fellow just wanted to get his point across, make sure everyone understood. And, I believe he did.
