Something to think about, how far has the googerman gone in protecting us from the dangers of smoking cigarettes, no advertising, no sales to minors, warning signs up and down the interstate, even cigarettes' that go out if no one is sucking on them, and then forcing all of the carpet makers ,furniture manufacturers even clothing and bedding makers to be fire proof, yet how many lives are lost each year by some drunk passing out while smoking ?
The human race is what it is, dumb F~ckery will never be far from large gatherings of the dumber among us , Blackheart being a prime example of this dumb F~ckery !

People using alcohol or other drugs must be held accountable for the harms caused to others while under their influence.

Adult alcohol and drug abuse is a lot more of a public health problem than it is a law enforcement matter. Clearly.

I’d also submit that mental illness has played a huge roll in screwing up people and peoples lives.

The NAACP has prevented any improvement in care options for both families of the mentally ill, and those afflicted by protecting the rights of the mentally infirm to the point that even the best intentions of loved ones can’t get any help.

Politicians are in play on this as well,,,,doing little to help families of the sick or protecting society from the harmful actions of some.

Agreed. Wholeheartedly. Mental health is vital to public health, and plays a huge role in quality of life, coping with life, unhealthy lifestyles, and physical illness.

It's has become a huge moneymaker with control issues on both sides, nothing will change until it becomes much worse and the public demands it.

Until such time as that the drug war farce will continue

she's got that crazy stripper look to her. the kind that when she's blowing you in the parking lot, the crying baby in the trunk kind of ruins the mood.

Poor kid looks like the mother was doing drugs during pregnancy too.

As the Libertards scream “Drugs are a “victimless” crime”.

pretty serious analysis for someone who collects shopping carts at Walmart for a living.

If the US would legalize Chinese fentanyl this poor boy would never have died as well as tens of thousands of Americans a year and George Floyd would be a space surgeon

No, they're problems for the public in general. They murder the public, they run over the public they steal from the public, etc.

Not a cop alive doesn't wish that the "public health" guy would handle any of that.

The problem is that the "public health" guy is a myth, except on paper.

More senseless musings from poor retarded jimy. One would think she'd run out of them eventually but once again she proves an endless fountain of stupidity. While there are many here who are dull of wit and weak of character that regularly abuse alcohol, smoke and use mind altering drugs, old Blackheart suffers no such addictions.

I’m betting at least half of ALL crime is drug related in one way or another.

Legalizing recreational pot is one of the worst things that can be done for people. Too many loose the ability to live in the real world productivity.

Surveys say a major percentage of homelessness is substance abuse related mostly from drugs and everyone knows what a huge filthy public problem that is.

Yep. And it’s just about ruined Colorado, too.
