Mark McLoskey is running for public office now too. After this, I doubt he gets far out the starting gate.

Paul B. The smart thing to do would have been to stay in house and let the crowd pass. Coming out with guns and yelling at the crowd on the street and sidewalk was dumb. Video camera would have been better choice than firearms, except I suspect in this case video would not help property owners cause. All this could have been avoided by posting BLM and Joe Biden for President signs in front yard.

Pinning your hopes on a successful appeal in an extremely high profile case, while you and wifey are both tossed to the animals in the slam, is not a pleasant prospect to think about. Not saying what they did was necessarily right, just saying I can understand where they're coming from.

That’s a great deal. I’d sign up for a misdemeanor and pay the fine in advance to do what they did. Not a big deal at all and a sound decision on their part. In reality is about like speeding and not giving a damn when you get stopped because you have the money to pay the fine and would rather pay a fine and do as you please than drive thr speed limit.
