Used the typical two burner stoves for car camping for years then decided to give the 17" Blackstone griddle (single burner) a try...game changer. Coleman 425 two burner stove now is on coffee pot duty.

I looked at the camp chef before I got the Blackstone. The camp chef is a cut above, definitely better made. I got the Blackstone because between a sale and a discount it was cheap and I can be a tightass. Its been great so far though.
