This guy just went by and sampled our fruit trees moments ago.


He was around last summer as well, and perhaps he'll shape up a little better this year. No tag here though, so no danger from me.
A couple images from last year (July)


Identifying characteristic is a small notch near the tip of his left ear.

Have some hard antler shots from last year too, but I'll have to get Cookie to shake those out.

Not the best shot given the backlighting, but eye guards don't look to be Xerox copies of last year's configuration.

We see them often in the meadows towards town from the Horseshoe Motel.....
