I'd hate losing my AR, but I'd just go to my safe and get another one. I need to get my wife another gun. Her Magnum Carry is collectible. That only works if one is worth many millions. How much does one have to be worth to even consider running for American senate minimum $20 million? If you did something equally foolish you would not be able to get another one from safe, because they would confiscate your entire safe. If you are a multimillionaire please forget what I wrote. You can buy an AR for about $450. I'd hate losing my AR, but I'd just go to my safe and get another one. I need to get my wife another gun. Her Magnum Carry is collectible. I'd do a lot of things before I'd admit I did anything wrong when defending my own property and life against a mob.. THAT!

That’s a great deal. I’d sign up for a misdemeanor and pay the fine in advance to do what they did. Not a big deal at all and a sound decision on their part. In reality is about like speeding and not giving a damn when you get stopped because you have the money to pay the fine and would rather pay a fine and do as you please than drive thr speed limit. And give up their firearms. Doesn’t mention being possibly red flagged. They didn't give up their firearms. They only surrendered the two they used. Hers looked like a Jennings. They did her a favor by making her surrender it. Surrendered is different from giving up? You’re officially Old Tard LMAO

Did they sell their house and move out of that Liberal hell hole to a more Conservative section of the state where such prosecutions won’t happen in the future?
Doubt it.
The way they handled it tells me he is running as a Dem? I think he is running as a republican for the US Senate

Being legally martyred ahead of an election campaign doesn't sound too bad.

Can you flip to the other party and not cost any political hay that easily? I suspect they are both "lawyers". I think I read that. If so maybe my friend's comment the everyone should get one lawyer tag a year.

It's cheaper to agree to stupidity than to pay out 20-100x the cost to prove innocence. Sad, but True, as it's the way the system is now; they are lowyers they know how to play the game...
Personally I'd find that a HARD BIT to chew, morally... but I ain't got much, so yee haw Capt'n. I think you're right about that. They are lawyers so they've spent quite a bit of time being trained not to see things morally but in terms of billable hours and the easiest way to reach the least bad outcome. I love it when a lawyer does think morally and stands on principle but the legal system is largely broken especially in left leaning areas and being in the right doesn't guarantee a win. They know better than I what they were up against and maybe they see it as 1 battle not the whole war. They are leftists so I'm not sure how they tic but I'm pretty sure they've spent a bit of time reconsidering their political leanings. Bb

Edmund Burke once said that what one generation tolerates the next embraces. As a Missouri resident I can't see any future in voting for this guy. He'd be part of the swamp in no time. St. Louis is lost to the libs and have been for years.
