I love a nice rich lamb roast, braised shank or grilled lamb chops. I could taste Longarms photo and it left my mouth watering! Pair it with a nice red wine and there's nothing finer.

Only got 1/2 a lamb this year. Freezer is really full from last hunting season.

I'd take you up on that. I'd enjoy the company of a person that understands the pleasure of finely cooked lamb paired with a good red wine. Not many share our distinguished palates.

Get your hands on a "Joy of Cooking"...try the Balkan Marinade...please, just try it....especially on the lesser cuts that are chewy or fatty.

We cheat and use McCormick korean bbq marinade a lot.


Cut up a rump roast for skewers tonight and used it.
