Yeah, my local Bi-mart had a chidt load of CCI hp ammo there as well. The 300 round packages with the meat eater on the front of the box.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Yea, my local Bimart has had a steady supply of ammo, a lot of MM and pistol calibers, no large rifle ammo tho.

When they first came out in the 70s, Stingers shot pretty well out of my 581, with flyers happening pretty regularly. They were killer-dillers on stuff up to groundhogs too. Other guns haven’t done so well with them, but I do use them as the carry ammo in my S&W 63. Need to try the current ones in the 581, but only have a few right now.
Velocitors shoot about as well as Mini Mag HPs in my guns, and while they apparently don’t quite deliver their advertised speed, they still offer a pretty good boost over HSHPs, and with a 40gr bullet. Test reports I’ve read also show they have an edge in short-barreled handguns.
What fresh Hell is this?
