Like any other crime, rape should be prosecuted on EVIDENCE.
Not decades old accusations.
72 hours, 3 days.
If a rape victim, woman, or man does not make an accusation within 3 days, the value of their testimony should be brought into question.
If no accusation is made within 72 hours, and there is not enough other evidence, then no prosecution should occur.
If a rape victim refuses a medical rape kit, then they should wave their right to make an accusation.
The accused are innocent until proven guilty, and if the victim does not make a timely accusation and/or refuses a rape kit, they are denying the accused their ability to defend their self.
I believe Bill Cosby is a low life rapist.
I also believe most of these accusers willingly gave it up in hopes of advancing their carriers.
Now they just smell “me too” fame and a payday.
