I stopped in my local walmart yesterday (small town of 9k) and they had both 6.5 creed and 30-06. About 8 boxes of each. Regular wmt price as well. I have both caliber rifles but passed . What's the ammo situation where you live?

None at the big stores. Locals have had enough to get us through. Costly but in stock.

Big (relatively) drop of ammo at the local Sportsman's this week, especially .30-06. From run-of-the-mill 150 gr. cup-n-core to Federal Premium 165 gr. & 180 gr. NAB. Prices? Me no like cry
A slight increase in bullet options for handloading showed up as well.

Nosler cartridges, Weatherby's, & 6.8 Western still not selling like hotcakes.

6.5 CM here as well at the LGS. Haven't been to walmart in a while. They also have a bunch of 7.62x39 that I bought the other day to try out. Seemed to work great in the old SKS:

Appears to be good reloadable brass too, which is a good thing..

Saw our local Bi Mart had a bunch of those 7.62 x 39.

Our local chinamart has less and less ammo. The shotgun ammo is on the shelves and the airgun ammo is locked up. Be Well, RZ.

It seems getting better around us in ms I think Ammo popping up in Walmart weekly and one of our central main gun shops has pretty much whatever you need he has always had a HUGE volume anyway had at least 20 CASES of 6.5 creed eldx ammo on the floor. Some other calibers not as plentiful there. He has no limit now on any ammo purchase

I was at Wal-Mart Father's Day weekend to get some gardening items. I swung by the guns there, and they had CCI .22 LR ammo for $2.99 so I told the kid I wanted some. He told me it was a 3 box limit, so I said I'll take three. When he rang me up, it came to $3.99 a box. When I pointed it out to him, the kid had a damn mental breakdown, and explained he forgot to change the price. I told him to cool his jets and calm down. I took it at $3.99 a box, as the same stuff at Sportsmans was $9.99 a box. That and 10 gauge ammo was all they had in stock.

Today, a buddy picked up some .270 Win at Wal-Mart on my behalf. $20/box of Winchester 130 grain.

Was in the local Walmart last week. The ONLY ammo they had was 2 boxes of 350 Legend.

I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all.

Picked up 3 boxes of CCI standard for around $4/box and 3 boxes of 16 ga #6’s for $8/box. Both were pre panic prices.

Nothing at the ones I have checked except every once in a while, I will see a single box of shotgun shells

I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

Just left my local wmt with a box of win power points, 165gr, 30-06. Was the last box, but counter boy said he put out a case last evening. Also had 350 legend and a few others.

Wow, I stopped in at the local Sportsman where the parking lot was pretty full and the ammo shelves were the fullest I've ever seen. You'd think there's a hunting season coming up or something...

The Norma container must have dropped as there was a new loading (at least to me) called Norma WHITETAIL in a bunch of calibers on the shelves.

Powder, primers, bullets? Silly handloader....

Good to hear. I'm a handloader with all the components I need on hand, but I'm really happy for the folks who need factory ammo to hear that it's coming back. Just in time for hunting too - very nice.

My Local Gun Store has a decent supply of Ammo right now.
Except for .556 and 9mm

They did have shelf’s full of new AR-15’s of all varieties at lower prices. And several Sig, Glock, Springfield, Ruger, And S&W pistols. Fullest shelf’s I’ve seen since the Scamdemic began.

I don’t do Wallyworld but my good friend told me both local Walmart Super Centers in my old hometown had Zero for Ammo.
He said Academy had a decent supply.

Our WM gets new guns weekly but has had the same two boxes of 350 legend for months. No other ammo.
