This has been talked about before, but the topic has a Cdn twist.

For those who do not want to use open flame and the expense of propane or electric annealing, have a look at Ballistic Creations.

From their site:

No more messing around with one case at a time in a cordless drill, taking wild guesses at temperature based on colour: now you can anneal hundreds of cases per hour while controlling temperature to within a few degrees. What’s better, you can repeat that temperature cycle tomorrow, next month, or next year, with far better consistency than you could ever get on one of those carousel-and-torch annealers than cost several hundred dollars but have no way to reliably set the flame.

This system is $115 Cdn. Worth a look. You have to provide a Lee melter.
