Specs: Rem 700 stainless action Brux #3, 1-8 twist, fluted and cut at 22" 1/2 x 28, threaded muzzle Grayboe Outlander stock, with Grayboe BDL bottom metal TriggerTech Primary trigger The bare rifle weighs 6lbs, 12oz. I like how Matt did the threaded muzzle and thread protector: I used a Hornady OAL Gauge and came up with some numbers for a few of the bullets I have on hand: 75gr A-Max, 2.660" 77gr TMK, 2.570" 80.5gr Berger Full Bore, 2.620" 88gr ELDM, 2.690" Last edited by DanInAlaska; 07/14/21. After a few sighter shots to get it in the ball park, here at the first 5 shots for load development. I was shooting 75 A-maxes, with five different charges of RL-26. The last shot was the flier, probably me; the big grin I had probably screwed up my cheek weld. I'll put some more ammo together and see what they're doing for velocity. I didn't have as much time at the range, today, as I would have liked. So far, though, I like what I'm seeing. Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.
