1. Not saying you developed COVID specifically or this funding was for COVID
2. Am saying it's illegal to lie to congress. You said you weren't funding "gain of function" via NIH.
3. You refuse to retract that statement
4. You obviously and demonstratively are/did fund "gain of function"
5. Doesn't matter what that "gain of function" was for - Covid or making ice cream taste better or a longer lasting Advil - you claimed, under oath, you didn't do it - you did
