Has this happened to anyone?

I ordered a Savage OEM 308 size magazine from a retailer (#55105 for the 110). The retailer did their best to get me the product asap. Love this place. But when I got the package and tried to load it into my rifle, it didn't fit all that great. When I tried to get a 23 in the magazine I found out the mage was too small. The bullet hung outside the magazine. I tried the factory round in the magazine for my Axis 7mm-08 and it fit perfectly.

This is not a knock on the retailer. The merchant gave me an RMA for the part and there is no restocking fee. This really isn't a knock on Savage as they source their magazines from another manufacture. I just hope I can source a mag before the September hunt.
