All this may just be cover to create a nationwide ID card system and database. They'll say it's for COVID, but within a couple years it'll have everything about you on there. And since this is health related, they'll claim they need your medical history, you know to see if you have complicating conditions. Then once they have a database with everyone's medical history, that's just a gateway to universal healthcare.
