When I was a kid, I would hang out with an Italian family down the street. They grew about and acre of tomatoes etc just for spaghetti sauces.
Naturally they made their own pasta too.
Anyway after the spaghetti dinner, the father, Nick would get clean spaghetti noodles and pout some type of wine on it - I think. It was like his dessert.
He really liked that, but the kids were never given any, so I assume it was some type of wine.
So does anyone know this tradition, and what Nick was eating?
Side story, he had about six 8mm wounds across his chest and back. Got a MG42 in WW2. Amazing he lived.

Muscato?

Some spelling errors can be corrected by a vowel movement.
