Nicotine helps, when I was 13 yo I delivered newspapers in the morning and it never failed that when I put a chew in I had to Schitt.
A cup of joe and a chew has always got me moving in the AM as an adult. I take Metamucil in my coffee now so that I stay regular but that's it. I will say since having my Gull Bladder taken out it's a coin toss weather its solid or liquid.
