Making some candied jalapeños with a basic recipe off Pinterest. Basically it’s jalapeños, apple cider vinegar, sugar and simmer. I’ve seen others with turmeric celery seed garlic etc. What do you guys use and if you’re willing to share a recipe please do.

That seems to be the most common recipe I’ve found. I had to run and get celery seed today as that was the one thing my wife didn’t have. Saffron threads yes, celery seed no. The recipe I tried omitted the celery seed, garlic powder and turmeric. They were damn good and addictive. I didn’t core them or take any seeds so they were a little zippy. My jalapeños are a bit spicy this year especially the ones near the habaneros.

I’ll give this recipe a go next. Can’t be bad as I see it a lot.
