That sounds awesome Jim !! It turned out good. Needed more time though. The smaller shoulder roast was great. Pulled nice but not too soft. The larger leg roast is a slicer. Thats okay too. The untrained would have never known the shoulder meat wasn't beef. It was from our animals. The leg roast is a little stronger. Not our animal, but local.

Hopefully it turns out okay. Been craving a leg O’. Last two weeks haven’t seen one in the grocery. Loin chops and shanks a plenty, but no legs. Make a bowl of tzatziki to go with it. Best lamb sauce around.
