But.....I’m good to go on sugary cereal. Still have all 10 toes.
And this is my first meal of the day.

I’ve been canning tomatoes all day.

I had to LOL.

Not enough sugar in the Frosted Flakes.
Need moooore sugary goodness.

The only thing that would make it better would be a big glob of hot fudge mixed in and poured over Aldie's Coffee Ultra Primo Ice Cream.

Not judging...just thinking out loud.

PS:. Did you know that the tomatoes will offset the calories?

I wasn't questioning your blood glucose levels. I was stating how disgusting the American food industry is and the results of it.

Right. Ya’ll assuming it’s marshmallow. My first thought it was concrete or mortar from inside a massive Kellogg grain tower in some port somewhere. Crunch!

The dealio:

Yea, I never knew about marshmallow infused frosted flakes. It’s extra absurd. lol

My old man indulges in frosted flakes. He got the marshmallow ones by mistake and brought them down to our place.

I figured what the hell before I pour em out under the bird feeder...turns out they are pretty darn good for a sugar fix.

Been craving cereal, probably been a few months.

Don't keep us in suspense. Let's see the mystery chunk opened up. If it's concrete or drywall mud or anything inorganic it should be pretty obvious and you should contact Kellogg.

Take some good pictures.

I'm not judging....as I munch on a coffee cup of that Aldies goodness.
Seriously.
Add a heaping spoonful of tomato sauce.
It's a natural appetite suppressant.

I'm thinking that is a part of the new guvmit program to reduce colon cancer and save money.
you swallow one of those every few months and as you pass it all polyps are scraped off.
Saves the patient that fluidized prep program and saves the guvmit hospital costs.
Just swallow it it is good for you!
