What scope rings are you using on your CZ 457 American .22LR? What height with what scope?

Thanks, RS

I put a rail on my MTR for big heavy scopes. On my 455 SS I used Talley low mounts with a Weaver Classic V7 RF. IMO, rails and other adapters on a sporter just complicate things to no good purpose, and may futz up your cheek weld. If you need some angle, or want easy optics swapping, then they make sense.

I just put a scope on my CZ 457 American last week. I used Talley CZ Rimfire High,( PN: 22CZRH), steel split rings to mount a Burris FFII
4.5-14 x42 AO scope.

I love the simplicity of these Talleys. Two crews per ring. Have used them on other CZ and Steyr rimfires for years without issue.

Talley offers a Steel set either low or high. I just bought mine through Brownells. $52.99 I believe.

Just installed an Athlon 4-16 x 40 scope on my 457 American using steel Leupold 11 mm medium rimfire rings. The scope fits well and these medium height rings could probably work with 42 and perhaps 44 mm scopes.
