This is how you know that the suspect was not white and didn't own the weapon legally: "The incident is being investigated by the SFPD Stunt Driving Response Unit and the SFPD Traffic Company," the San Francisco Police Department told Fox News, adding they could not comment further as it is an active investigation.
Had it been a white guy protecting his property, it would have been a SWAT team, not a stunt driving response unit, and they'd have labeled it as a hate crime, rather than a car theft.
Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.
