Funny you mention this, I just got back from a business trip to Scottsdale, and there sure seams a lot of the 13 have a little bit of money there. Seems that the more successful Americans of any color don’t really talk ghetto, dress ghetto (or hide it real good) etc. just an observation.

Yep. You put yourself in a position where what sustains you must also be sustained. Sometimes/most times that means 7 days a week to keep the cash machine running. Symbiotic relationship that’s somewhere between a roller coaster and a meat grinder. On the road again at 5AM. I'm sure all the down trodden poor folk are out trying to make a buck as well....
