been down with a bad ear infection the last week, starting to get better, wet to the doc today.

they could, I was with her yesterday but I left Stubbs at the ranch when I came home to see the Dr. Dr said I might get some hearing back in that ear once it's healed, right now I'm completely deaf in it.

I just got word from Stubbs. He's distraught and scared, and asked if he will ever see freedom again. He is under the impression that the bad man who has him now is a Commandante of a Mexican prison for naughty handicapped boys. I tried to assure him that his captor isn't into boys, but not sure he believed me. I advised him that he'd be released soon, but added that he shouldn't make a break for it if an opportunity presents itself. He's been in south TX hell for almost a month. Por favor, senor hombre malo, turn my boy loose. POR FAVOR!

A little bird (dirty half Mexican one that isn't attractive, can't sing and makes a living eating eggs and chicks of respectable birds) told me today that Stubbs was released from his TX hellhole and supposedly en route to happier days and blue skies. Assuming I wasn't being lied to, might the next contestant please come on down, as Bob Barker used to say? Batter UP!
