Smarquez that’s what was told for 100% recovery and possibly even a year. I will do exactly what they tell me so my recovery goes smoothly. Day after surgery and I have already been doing the 3 exercises they have given me. I want my arm back…

Back flip contest….. fixes everything. Wish I could’ve gone with ya to the appointment. Would have made popcorn. The pt will help. Papaw went through the same thing. As long as he did specific stretches with that red rubber band thing he got his range of motion back. Keep me posted pls sir

Good plan there. I have one that is frayed. It aches sometimes and it seems like the weakness comes and goes but I don't need surgery yet.
