Dan, what kind of tree is that? I could see that turned into a snake trying his second attempt at catching a rodent. Cool looking tree no matter the species.

Definitely a very cool carving.
I’ve always sorta envied folks who have the ability to turn a piece of wood or a chunk of soap into a work of Art, let alone a rock. I can hold my own with nuts and bolts and wrenches, but haven’t the talent nor the patience to achieve anything like this.
My hat’s off to them.

Dan, what kind of tree is that? I could see that turned into a snake trying his second attempt at catching a rodent. Cool looking tree no matter the species. It is a Sea Grape. Common on the Florida east coast, but not often seen that size.
