I need a steel floor plate, magazine spring, and follower for an FN commercial 98 Mauser as shown in the pics. This is the one that would fit a JC Higgins Model 50 or 51, FN Deluxe, Husqvarna 640, etc. They're going on a beater that's just gonna get more beat so condition doesn't really matter. Follower must be for 30-06/270, etc.

Anybody got 'em?

Thanks,

Okie John

Can't help directly, but hate to see a Thread go zero responses. Suggest you spread your enquiry to different Forums, "WTB" listings.
Simply a suggestion!
Good luck!
John

That Argentine bottom metal has an inside length that is too short for the .270/.30-06. The front of the mag box will stop well short of the feed ramp.

Worked out well for you.

They can be altered to be of proper length for an '06.

Thanks to all who replied. I pinged Duane Wiebe in hopes that he'd have something lying around.

He did.
