No idea. That was posted a few weeks ago here on 24HRCF. I never saw it in the media here and it looks staged anyway. Anything dire would've made the media and caused an uproar. I suspect it was staged as fake news to upset a few people.

We had a protester push a police horse away from him because the cop was driving the horse onto him. A media photo looked like the guy was punching the horse so they ran with that. Video footage showed that it was just a push. There was a small uproar over this issue.

A post in the Youtube comments said they were like 3km away from home so they were having to get tested, any validity to that statement?

I can't find it now, but it was on banned.video when it happened.
You can't tell much without the volume. The poor girl was terrified and screaming bloody murder. The father was trying to console her and talk her into going with the medical personnel while the police watched nearby.
As soon as the personnel got hold of the girl, the police assaulted the father for no apparent reason.

I felt far worse for the girl.

After researching, there's mixed reports now.
It's hard to say exactly who, what, where, why.
Regardless, it sounds like southern Australia is a tyrannical gulag.

The Media loves a good story, what actually happened may be harder to determine than just what looking at what we are shown.

Correct, if there was any way in hell they could conceivably get a story out of that they would have had their collective junk in their hands and been burning rubber.

The "news" media are there to push an agenda (no matter the country). They use "the story" to attract viewers/readers, but if that story may lead their eyes in the "wrong" direction, the story gets buried.
